Penn And Teller: Fool Us is a competition for magic TV show that features magicians who perform tricks before American veteran duo Penn & Teller. The initial season was nimbly hosted by Jonathan Ross,and the 3rd season onwards the Fool Us Hostess Hannigan.
Each episode starts off by introducing the reason for the series. Penn & Teller come out and take their seats towards center stage,and the hopeful performers perform their magic before them,in front of a live studio audience. After each show,Penn & Teller privately talk while the host interview the magicians. Penn & Teller then reveal if they know how the trick was performed,in a cryptic manner,usually by using words or by noting down the procedure and presenting it privately to the magicians to confirm,so as to avoid divulging the secrets of the trick.

Fool Us was filmed at Fountain Studios in London,England (season one) as well as the Penn & Teller Theater at Las Vegas (season two onward). Following each show,if Penn & Teller cannot figure out how the trick was accomplished,then the magician(s) who performed the trick are awarded the Fool Us trophy and a five-star trip to Las Vegas to perform as the opening act in Penn & Teller's show,also at The Rio Hotel & Casino.
